This was already talked about in public comments to a viewer on my youtube channel. Emotion Detective Phoenix Rising might just be baiting a killer who will attach onto her and maybe hunt her down. I'd say he could do a public service in that case. The guy that stalked my friend back then and who we finally took matters into our own hands against is that dangerous. He'd ramble about killing babies and shit and then he'd go kill babies, farm animals, at the 2 places he was stalking. He did this even whilst my friend was w/the other victim so I'd say her alibi can't be questioned and then this stalker was seen by witnesses cutting up the corpses of his victims.
